CNC Machinist

Sets up and operates CNC machining equipment (mills/lathes as applicable) to produce precision components; verifies programs/tooling, performs inspections, troubleshoots process variation, and maintains quality and productivity standards.

Quality Control Inspector

Performs first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using measuring equipment and print requirements; documents results as required, escalates nonconformances, and supports ISO 9001:2015 compliance and continuous improvement.

CNC Press Brake Set-up / Operator

Sets up and operates CNC press brakes to form sheet metal components to print requirements; selects tooling, performs inspections, and adjusts processes to maintain repeatable quality and throughput.

Assembly / Hardware Installer (PEM)

Assembles sheet metal products and subassemblies per drawings, work instructions, and travelers; verifies fit/finish, maintains part identification, and supports on-time flow through final build. Installs PEM hardware and related fasteners using designated equipment and fixtures; confirms correct hardware callouts, ensures proper seating/torque as applicable, and performs basic verification to prevent escapes and rework.

Component Metal Finisher (Grinding / Deburring)

Deburrs, grinds, and finishes sheet metal parts to meet cosmetic and functional requirements; removes sharp edges, blends welds as needed, and ensures parts are ready for assembly or outside processing.

General Helper / Laborer

The General Help position is a key role in supporting material flow, basic part handling, secondary operations, packaging, shop organization, and other production-support activities as assigned.
